Walk N Tours is an owner operated company run by people who are passionate about the beauty, history and scenic wonder of New Zealands' native outdoors. Walk n Tours is a small company that specialises in scenic tours catering for the mature traveller who enjoys travelling with small groups.

We are walking and hiking enthusiasts and are at our happiest when sharing the sights and scenery with others of similar mind. We delight in finding special spots, some well known, but many little gems "where the big tour buses don't go". Our trips are informative, fun and memorable, with flexibility to do what you want to do, and stop to take pictures when you want to.

Our tours are a mix of historic/nature/senic beauty - all with a walking feature. Some trips are a delightful weekend break away, others a full holiday schedule. We walk each day from 30 minutes up to 3 hours - it's your choice whether to join in the walks. (In New Zealand we call this activity day walks however you may know it as Rambling or Hiking). Longer trips provide free time where you can do your own thing, take in special attractions, or just have a rest day - you set your own pace.

Tour costs include free pick up within Christchurch metropolitan area, all travel and accomodation costs, all meals - breakfasts, picnic lunches, evening meals (except one evening meal out), free entry to specific attractions, alternative travel (eg: Taieri Gorge Railway) where it is an integral part of the tour.
